The e-shop owner is:

  • Sparkhouse OÜ
  • Registry code: 17362807
  • Address: Tartu mnt 74, Tallinn, Estonia
  • Email: [email protected]

By making a purchase, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Prices and Product Information

All prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros.

All prices include VAT (24%) unless otherwise stated.

Sparkhouse OÜ reserves the right to change prices and product availability without prior notice.

If an order was placed before a price change, the price valid at the time of order placement applies.

Product images are illustrative and may differ from the actual product.

Sparkhouse OÜ is not responsible for possible inaccuracies in product information provided by manufacturers.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, add products to the shopping cart and complete the order.

The sales contract is considered concluded from the moment the payment for the order has been received in the Sparkhouse OÜ bank account.

Sparkhouse OÜ reserves the right to cancel an order if:

  • the product cannot be supplied
  • a technical error has occurred in the price or product information
  • there is an obvious pricing error
  • the order was placed maliciously or with incorrect information

In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded to the Buyer.

4. Delivery

Goods are shipped to the address specified by the Buyer in the order.

Delivery time depends on the selected delivery method. For more details, see shipping information page.

Sparkhouse OÜ is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • logistics partners
  • incorrectly provided contact information
  • force majeure

5. Liability

Sparkhouse OÜ is not liable for:

  • damage caused by misuse of goods
  • problems caused by not following the user manual
  • normal wear and tear during regular use

Sparkhouse OÜ is only liable for direct property damage caused by non-conformity of the goods.

6. Amendment of Terms

Sparkhouse OÜ reserves the right to amend the e-shop terms as needed and in accordance with applicable legislation.

Changes take effect upon publication on the e-shop website.

7. Delivery Risk and Handover of Goods

Goods are considered handed over to the Buyer from the moment they are delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer.

If the Buyer chooses a transport method not offered by Sparkhouse OÜ, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier.

If the goods are handed over to a transport company selected by Sparkhouse OÜ, the carrier is responsible for transport according to the carrier's terms.

The Buyer is obligated to inspect the condition of the package upon receipt. If the package is visibly damaged, the carrier must be notified and the damage must be noted on the waybill or in the courier's system.

If damage is discovered after opening the package, Sparkhouse OÜ must be notified at the earliest opportunity, but no later than 3 business days, by sending a notice to the email address [email protected].

During transport, the packaging may receive minor damage that does not affect the product's contents or usability. In such cases, packaging damage is not considered a product defect and is not a basis for returning goods or filing a complaint.

If the packaging damage has not affected the product's contents, quality, or functionality, the goods are considered correctly delivered by Sparkhouse OÜ.

If transport damage is not recorded upon receipt of goods or reported within the aforementioned deadline, the goods are considered handed over to the Buyer in good condition.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Sparkhouse OÜ processes the Buyer's personal data only for order fulfillment and customer service purposes.

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except when necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., to the transport service provider). For more details, see our privacy policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

If the Buyer has complaints about the e-shop, please send them to the email address [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or use the European Union online dispute resolution platform.
